The Victoria B (Writtle) won the Hatcher Cup
Derek Lodge (Prince Albert) won the Honeyball Cup (Singles KO) for a 3rd time (also in 1976 & 1977)
Steve Carlile & Geoff Course (Baddow Social) won the Passfield Cup (Pairs KO)

Ian Williams (Alexandra) won the Royal Steamer Cup (Captains KO)
Dennis Gisby (Victoria A) won the Spread Eagle Cup (Secretaries KO)
Bill Pinkney (Warley Stars) won the Prince of Wales Challenge Cup (Landlords KO)
Derek Lodge (Prince Albert) is the recipient of the Simms Shield
